  1. How can I make payment for my order and in which currency?

    You can make payment of your order through any Master/Visa Credit/Debit Card.

    Parekh Cards being company based in India all bills are raised and payment is received in INR (Indian Rupees).

    On purchase made by you issuing credit card bank shall credit our account in INR equal to billing amount and debit your account in local currency at conversion rate applicable when the transaction takes place and that is too at their norms.

    Note: Foreign currency conversion shown across the website is indicative and may vary as per currency fluctuation.

  2. Are my credit card details safe?

    Parekh Cards maintain a VeriSign certified secured server to facilitate a safe payment gateway through any International or Indian credit card. Hence, your credit card details are safe.

  3. How do you ship card orders internationally and what are the terms of courier services?

    The general method used for shipping of card orders is Courier Service. We use reputed courier services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others.

    Please note these couriers are third party services and your consignment is carried, custom cleared in India, and at the destination as per terms and conditions of the respective courier.

    Once we hand over the consignment to couriers, tracking AWB No. shall be provided for online tracking and coordinating with couriers.

  4. Can we use our own courier for international shipping? What are the implications?

    Yes, we can handover consignment to courier on your behalf from our store in Mumbai, India

    Please note in case of use of your own courier for international shipping 12% IGST (Indian Goods & Service Tax) shall be charged as it will be treated as sales within India for Parekh Cards Pvt. Ltd.
